Nettle Tea with Julie Foster

Nettles:
1. Tea for Iron Deficiency and Blood Building.
2. Nettle vinegar for base of salad dressings and drinking vinegar eases digestion.
3. Add to soups
4. Saute with veggies.

My sweet rescue dog Shasta was curious about them too.

Just finished a cup of Nettle Tea. Yum!!!!
